iPhone Mobile App for Real Estate 'RentFaster' – Search Property for Rent

Client Brief

Client wanted us to develop a mobile app that can search properties in "Calgary" and "Edmonton". The application needed to enable users to search properties selecting a region on map. Further, the app needed to be refined based on number of baths, beds and price etc. The client wanted to allow the users to add properties in their favorites' list and letting them review later. In addition to that, the projects also need to allow users to view all the property details depending upon various parameters such as address, nearby locations, other properties. The application had to be unique and thus special search abilities having unique search categories like "smoking allowed or not", 'pets allowed or not' were also needed to be added. Moreover, client told us to add functionality so that app users can view the property address on map and find the directions to reach there.
