Richard Jay is a leading supplier of branded commercial and industrial washing machines, dryers and ironers in Australia. We were asked by the client to migrate a Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 to Dynamics 365 (online).

Our Endeavor

Our certified Microsoft Dynamics CRM developers customized and migrated the on-premise CRM 2011 to Dynamics 365 (online). We successfully transferred the data during the CRM migration. Also, we created new functionalities for order processing and invoice generation. Finally, we delivered the fully functional Dynamics 365 CRM software to the client.
