CRM Customization for Cottage Business

Client Brief

Client wanted us to perform CRM customizations for his cottage business. He also anticipated us to integrate an automated email feature to his website through which the customers can receive proper notifications regarding cottage booking and payment invoices.

Our Endeavor

We used Dynamics CRM UI and customized the website entities as per the personalized needs of the business. We worked on business reports feature, website dashboards, and used the .NET code like Workflows and Plugins to automate client tasks, JavaScript for validations on forms and custom Workflows to automate invoices and other alerts.
