Infinity Sales Group is our USA-based client. ISG, a leading national direct response marketing & customer acquisition firm. Sales Group offers the following services data, analytics and business intelligence audience targeting SEM and SEO, email marketing, conversion rate optimization & ISG call center. So, the client associated with SynapseIndia for web app development.

Our Endeavor

Our team of highly experienced and dedicated web app developers worked on this project. We review the specific requirements of the client and draft an effective strategy to work on this project. The client came up with an urgent requirement to re-design and develop the DNIS management system, so we considered this and started working accordingly. Initially, we developed the wireframe of the portal and collected all modules with features.

Our developers developed all modules from IVRFlow templates, keypair values, keypairs, IVR Template values, and code modules. Additionally, we successfully delivered this project in given time period. The client was happy and satisfied with the work we have done.
